So I created my own.

The July Seeing Challenge is 30 days of prompts designed to slow you down, sharpen your eye, and help you notice the details most people miss.

Shoot on a phone, a film camera, or anything in between.

Just keep looking—and more importantly, keep seeing.

30 Days of Photography Prompts

The rule:
One photograph per day. No pressure for perfection—just attention.

The goal isn’t to create 30 masterpieces.

The goal is to slow down and notice.

Day 1 — Window Light

Find an interesting shadow.

Capture bright against dark.
